Matthew Erjavec, Esq.

Matthew Erjavec is an experienced Florida personal injury lawyer dedicated to helping those who have been inured as a result of a car accident, motorcycle accident, trucking accident, slip and fall, medical device, or defective product. A native of Clearwater, Florida, Matt attended Clearwater High School before completing his undergraduate studies at Florida State University. Matt attended the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. During law school, Matt gained valuable experience while working at the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General as well as the Office of the State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Shortly after graduating from law school, Matt went to work for a well-known personal injury law firm in Tampa, Florida. While there, he honed his craft as a personal injury attorney by successfully handling thousands of cases throughout the state of Florida. It was also during this time that Matt developed a thorough understanding of the complexities of attorney-client interaction and the added benefits of consistent client communication and attention.

In 2010, Matt founded Matthew Erjavec, P.A. with the goal of providing Florida personal injury victims with the knowledge and resources of a large firm while maintaining the focus and accessibility of a solo practitioner. To date, this approach has proven true, as Matt has obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients and has built a thriving law practice built entirely on the referrals of former clients and fellow attorneys.
